Our firm is a small reality located in the province of Foggia in the north of Puglia region. This oil is made with 100% of Italian olives from our direct cultivation. Our secular and indigenous plants do not undergo any type of treatment.

Our firm is a small reality located in the province of Foggia in the north of Puglia region. This oil is made with 100% of Italian olives from our direct cultivation. Our secular and indigenous plants do not undergo any type of treatment starting from irrigation. They grow only and exclusively thanks to the earth, the sun and the rain that mother nature decides to give. We take care of them exclusively with natural methods.
Terre del Borgo was born thanks to the settlements of Grandfather Domenico, a man who has always loved as the nature as his own family.
For generations, Iannone family cultivate olive trees, looking after them daily with dedication and love especially with sun, wind and rain, the only factors that feed the olive grove. Trees do not undergo any artificial treatment. The choice that has determined the “natural” management of the olive grove wants to underline the importance that the Iannone family reserves to the natural life cycles of plants and seasons.

Extra virgin olive oil TERRE del BORGO born from the olive grove of Pizzutella, Ogliarola, Rotondella, Leccino, Coratina and Peranzana cultivars with an intense golden yellow color and a clear and brilliant appearance.
Persistent and stable on the palate with a green fruity aroma.
It is refined and balanced, free of acidity and rich in slightly fruity and bitter hints. It ends with a gentle and clear spiciness.
The scent of almond is perceived on the nose, which prevails over the scent of freshly cut grass and the green sensations of artichoke.
Our oil is the result of careful and accurate hand-harvesting, subsequently grinding the olives takes place according to mechanical methods and strictly by cold pressing. This extraction method allows the organoleptic principles of the olives to be kept unaltered and the flavor and aromas of the cultivars preserved. The harvest takes place in the period that precedes the moment of maximum maturity of the fruit.

Extravergin Olive Oil - DOP Dauno Multivarietale

 Extra virgin olive oil DOP DAUNO born from the olive grove of Pizzutella, Ogliarola, Rotondella, Leccino, Coratina and Peranzana cultivars with an intense golden yellow color and a clear and brilliant appearance.

TERRE del BORGO - Monocultivar Coratina

Coratina monovarietal: typical cultivar of the Apulian territory.
With an intense golden yellow color and a clear and brilliant appearance, coratina is persistent and stable on the palate with a green fruity aroma.
It is refined and balanced, free of acidity and rich in citrus scents, green apple and aromatic herbs. It ends with a gentle and clear spiciness.
On the nose you can perceive the scent of almond, which prevails over the scent of freshly cut grass, the olive leaf and the sensations of the artichoke.
Our Monocultivar is the result of careful and accurate hand harvesting, the grinding of the olives takes place within 6 hours following harvesting by cold pressing. This extraction method allows the organoleptic principles of the olives to be kept unaltered and the flavor and aromas of the cultivars preserved. The harvest takes place in the period that precedes the moment of maximum maturity of the fruit to allow the extraction of an oil rich in polyphenols.

Gargano PGI Lemon Oil

Condiment based on Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Femminello Lemon PGI from Gargano.
The simultaneous pressing of the two fruits is the result of a natural seasoning without the addition of essential oils or chemical additives.
Delicate on the palate with intense aromas, the hints of lemon stand out but do not overpower, ending with the spicy and clear taste typical of extra virgin olive oil.
It is refined and balanced, free of acidity and with the unmistakable flavor of freshly squeezed lemon.
To the sense of smell you can perceive the clear scent of lemon peel.
The dressing is the result of careful and careful hand-picking of the fruits, subsequently the olives and lemons are pressed at the same time. The Femminello del Gargano PGI lemons are peeled by hand. The grinding of the olives together with the lemons takes place according to mechanical methods and strictly by cold pressing.
