Farabella® Gluten Free Maxi Gnocchi
Farabella® Gluten Free Maxi Gnocchi are produced in Fara San Martino, the capital of high quality pasta. They are made with more than 80% of potatoes, selected corn and rice flours and natural spring water from the Maiella mountains. Larger than gnocchi generally on the market, they are also ideal for gourmet dishes and for the Chefs. They cook in 2 minutes, are as good and soft as fresh ones, and can be sold shelf-stable (with 12 months shelf life). Proposed in a 400g transparent tray (divided into 2 single portions, 200g each).
Farabella® Gluten Free Egg Pasta
Farabella® Gluten Free Egg “Gli Speciali” line is composed of Fettuccine, Tagliatelle and Pappardelle “nests”. Produced in Fara San Martino, the capital of high quality pasta, with the best corn and rice flours, with free-range eggs and natural spring water from the Maiella mountains, this pasta is dried at low temperatures to preserve the characteristics of the raw materials. The rough-rolled surface allows for better retention of the seasonings. The 250g packs are realized in recyclable cardboard printed with vegetable-based inks.
Farabella® PLUS+ Gluten Free Brown Rice Fettuccine
Farabella® PLUS+ Gluten Free Brown Rice Fettuccine “nest” are produced by rough dies?? and a drying process at low temperatures to preserve the characteristics of the raw material. The rice used, thanks to the selection and milling of wholemeal rice, is a complete and rich food, a source of fibre, ideal for the daily diet; it keeps intact its nutritional properties and beneficial substances such as B-Group Vitamins, Lignans and Minerals.
