At Proxaut we respond to the specific needs offering tailor-made solutions. We can handle goods in freezers down to -21°C (-5,8 °F). We meet the requirements of different markets with our laser-guided or combined driving AGV vehicles, the LIFTER series typically used to lift pallets and food containers and trays. We make standard models with front, bilateral and trilateral forks, which can be used in even the tightest spaces (VNA). We make special models, including side-up models, with bucket or forks, AGVs with single or double rod, clamp, or a variety of custom designed features. Our shuttle mobile platforms can be equipped with an adaptable and customizable loading platform and different types of cov ers, they connect seamlessly to production lines, robotic islands and cells or packaging lines.
PRODUCTS
AGV Lifter - LH SERIES
The AGV LIFTERs differ in capacity, up to a maximum indicative net capacity of 6000 kg, and in terms of the quantity and type of load to be handled. They can be automatically laser-guided or mixed. Powered by a lithium battery, they perform the task of picking up and depositing the goods to be handled, replacing the traditional forklift.
The family also includes AGVs commonly known as very narrow aisle (VNA) AVGs and they are available in two different models; with telescopic forks or with a trilateral attachment, for applications up to 13 metres in height.
AGV Shuttle - SH SERIES
The SHUTTLE series include stainless steel AGVs (usually called shuttles). This series of autonomous navigation vehicles are used to transfer goods within production departments, from point A to point B. The missions, the tasks, are guided thanks to a laser, magnetic or induction navigation systems enabling the vehicle to transfer goods on pallets, roller conveyors, stainless steel racks and structures for sausage, ham, meat factories, etc.
For applications in the food production sectors, the AGVs are made of AISI 304 food grade stainless steel to guarantee maximum hygiene and resistance to corrosion from acid and saline environments. One of the most widespread applications of these AGV systems is in the ‘food processing’ sector, as the automated guided vehicles are the ideal solution for transporting goods in freezers (-20° C), in curing and smoking rooms, etc. These fork less elevators belonging to the SH series can be equipped with refrigeration systems to maintain the cold chain.
