A strategic location, in the center of Salento which allows us to easily range from north to south of Puglia with a view to viewing, checking and selecting, through our own oenologists, the region’s finest grapes and wines. Our company boasts experience, knowledge, selection of the best grapes followed by careful control of all production phases and above all love for one’s work, necessary ingredients for the preparation of wines whose quality is recognized in Italy and abroad.

IDENTITA' PRIMITIVO DI MANDURIA DOC
Wine with a dense and intense red colour, of high aromatic value with strong aromas of ripe red fruit and evident notes of fig and chocolate. Thanks to the low yields of the grapes, it releases a rich, warm and intense flavour. It pairs very well with tasty meats and characterful cheeses. It is an excellent meditation red that can give happy and unforgettable moments. Alcohol content 15.00% vol.
IDENTITA' FIANO SALENTO IGP DA UVE LEGGERMENTE APPASSITE
Bright and intense colour, unique, precise and defined aromas with the right aromatic load with an elegant floral nose with notes of bay leaves, rosemary and sage. Fresh, decisive and juicy flavor with clear hints of tropical fruits and well-ripe peach. Excellent aperitif wine, it splendidly accompanies appetizers in general and all fish and meat dishes. Alcohol content 13.00% vol.
IDENTITA' ROSATO PRIMITIVO SALENTO IGP
Bright pink colour, characterized by intense and elegant aromas, with floral notes of rose petals, peach and pomegranate, it has a fresh and refined flavour, with evident notes of Mediterranean fruits and yellow melon. Perfect as an aperitif, special with fresh appetizers, fish tartare and seafood risottos. Excellent in moments of relaxation, he is splendidly passionate about dialogue, enhancing the unique moments of life, friendship and love. Alcohol content 12.50% vol.
INTUIZIONE PRIMITIVO SALENTO IGP
Ruby red-purple colour, with a broad aromatic value, with strong and complex aromas of blackberries and blueberries. It releases a round, soft, velvety and intense flavour. It pairs very well with grilled red meats, game and mature cheeses accompanied by jams. Recommended for lunches and dinners with friends, it is also an excellent meditation companion. Alcohol content 14.00% vol.
INTUIZIONE BIANCO SALENTO FRIZZANTE IGP
Bright greenish colour, an Apulian white which is enriched with a lively foam and a subtle perlage. Perfume of white flowers with citrus notes. Fresh and lively flavour. Excellent aperitif wine, it beautifully accompanies appetizers in general and all fish dishes. Very thirst-quenching and drinkable wine. Alcohol content 11.00% vol.
