Cortese DOC Vigna delle Rocche
Strada delle Rocche is the name of the way that once crossed the “delle Rocche” vineyard where we now cultivate a white grape variety widespread only in some areas of the territory: the Cortese. The fermentation and the partial refinement in small oak barrels help this wine to preserve in the bottle all its aromas and flavors. The soils confer minerality, the refinement the structure. “Vigna delle Rocche” it’s a bright wine with golden reflections, it smells of yellow pulp fruits and sweet spices.
Rosso Riserva DOC Trelune
The name of this wine recalls the long maceration of the grapes in contact with
the peel. This technique allows to extract matter and structure making “Tre Lune”, a
cut of native vines, complex and velvety. The nose reveals the use of the oak
as support to the fruity part given by Croatina and the persistence guaranteed by
the acidity of the Barbera after the sip. This reserve, obtained by grapes from the
oldest vineyards, ages 24 months in small barrels and rests at least six months in the bottle.
Riesling DOC Rugiadé
This Riesling has fragrant spring notes typical of Oltrepò Riesling in the early years of bottle. “Rugiadé” is slightly balsamic with distinct mineral traits and its soul is just like the dew in the vineyards during the harvest. Over time it evolves and increases in aromatic complexity transferring new sensations inside the glass.
